Job Description

Act as a single point of contact between Ambuja RMO, RSO, Branches and Agency for all the Operational activities related to Channel Loyalty Programs.
Handling Day to Day Activities like Product Catalogue, Redemption Orders, Website Development, Mailers, Communication & Data related activities
Sales Schemes & Campaigns Co-ordination and Execution of all the Sales Schemes with RMO, RSO and Agency
Ensuring zero complaints from Pan India Branches and Members on quality/ understanding/ Initiative/accessibility etc
Generate Ideas to for new Initiatives (Online and Offline), Campaigns, New modules, features and applications for the betterment of the Channel Loyalty Program to make it more user friendly and easy to access for the members.
To make detailed reports:
MIS Health Reports, Financial tracking, Order tracking, TAT, Login Details, Proforma Invoice, PO Tracker, Audit Reports, Redemption, Enrollment, Cumulative which helps to gauge the performance of entire program
Support to Channel Head in all aspects wherever required

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 4,75,000 P.A.
